LOVE an individual treat! This recipe makes 8 individual desserts in 10 oz jars.
INDIVIDUAL TIRAMISU JARS
1 cup espresso, brewed and cooled to room temperature
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
24 lady fingers ( 3 per jar)
2 oz of dark chocolate, shaved
Cocoa Powder for garnish
Whip the heavy whipping cream with sugar and vanilla until medium peaks form.
Fold in room temperature mascarpone cheese.
Individually dip each lady finger in the cooled espresso mixture making sure to dip both sides. Cut each In half to fit In the jars.
Place 3 halves In the bottom of each jar, Add a layer of the cream mixture on top. Add shaved chocolate.
Repeat with 3 more ladyfinger halves and a layer of the cream mixture.
Dust with cocoa powder and top with shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
